I have spent over thirty years in the teaching field, including experience on the college, high school, middle school, and elementary levels. My most recent position was as Curriculum Support Facilitator for the Johnston County Early College Academy where duties included tutoring students for college and high school courses in US History I & II, World Civ. I & II, Political Science, and Composition I. I taught at the AIG (Academically and Intellectually Gifted) Center in Smithfield for 11 years, after spending many years in Pennsylvania teaching AP U.S. History and AP Political Science as well as middle school, high school, and college history and English.
